Came here in the morning to start my four-day WI cheese trail adventure. Was very impressed. Go early for the freshest cheese curds ever. You can see them in the vat and watch the workers bag them right there. They make most of the cheeses in house. It's a small scale operation, and the quality is truly there. The tour was short and informative.
