I needed to find a place that makes cheese nearby Appleton where I was staying just to get the “feel” of Wisconsin and this place did not disappoint. They only make cheeses on certain days and different varieties so be sure to check with them as they also do their making of cheeses in the am. You need to visit here if you ever get the chance as they are a “mom/pop” type place and in a great location off the back roads. They are very friendly and will answer all your questions as well as let you try a sample of what they are making that day. Thank you for the little tour that they may have time for
